The First State Bank of
St. Joseph acquired the assets and assumed the liabilities of St. Stephen
State Bank after the FDIC closed the bank on 1/15/2010.
First State Bank of St. Joseph is a 105
year old institution located in the nearby city of St. Joseph, Minnesota.
During our 105 year history we have always been an independently owned and
operated community bank. We are eager to continue the tradition of
community banking in St. Stephen along with the branch in St. Cloud.

the website over the weekend to keep you informed.
The locations in St. Stephen and St. Cloud will continue business as usual
on Monday, January 18th, 2010. Hours of operation will be:

Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am Noon
There are currently no changes in the way you handle
your deposit and loan accounts. So, keep using your current checks,
ATM/Debit Cards to pay for your purchases or access cash. The on-line and
telephone banking will continue to operate the same also.
